My name is Heidi Morrison, as an administrative professional for over 20 years, accoutability and confidentiality are important to me. I take pride in providing quality services and am looking forward to helping you with your notary and fingerprinting needs.




Mobile Notary Services


I am a commissioned California Notary Public and a member of the National Notary Association. I am bonded and insured and am able to assist with mortgage/loan signings along with all other general notary public needs.

Notary Loan Signing Agent:
I collaborate and confidently assist mortgage professionals and their clients to help make the home loan experience a seamless one. Whether you're buying, selling, refinancing or taking a loan on your existing mortgage, I'm here to help.

General Notary Services:
I serve the public as an impartial witness in regards to the identification and willingness to sign important documents, such as: Wills, Trusts, Power of Attorney, Deeds, Court Documents, Custodial Agreements, Financial and Banking Documents, Mortgage Closing Documents, Loan Documents, Articles of Incorporation, Leases, Employment Contracts, Construction and Loan Agreements, and much more!

As a Notary Public I cannot act as legal counsel or provide you with legal advice.

Mobile Live Scan

Eliminate the hassle of sending candidates to find their own Live Scan technician by bringing me to your next event, meeting, or conference. Serving several candidates at one time and location is convenient, quick, easy, and efficient!

I am a trained, certified Fingerprint technician approved by the Department of Justice. I provide mobile, digital fingerprinting on-site, in the convenience of your own home, office, or public setting.

I am available to attend on-site conferences and events where fingerprinting is a requirement to satisfy graduation, certification, permit, employment on-boarding and enrollment, along with youth services such as coaching, school volunteering, youth camp counselor, field trip chaperoning, youth volunteering, church services, Scouts of America, and much more!

*Average 5-7 minutes per applicant. However some readings may take longer due to finger texture, age, and other factors.
